A southern Ohio man has been killed in the collision of two ATVs in Scioto County. The Morehead News is reporting that a Morehead man has been indicted by a Rowan County Grand Jury on charges that he raped a girl under the age of 12…and Kentucky public schools could post their best results ever in two major categories the state measures for overall student progress.
