Morehead State University will sell three unused properties.
The MSU board of regents voted Thursday to sell the 200 acre Sunnybrook golf course property, the former Corby Ellington American Legion building, located in downtown Morehead, and a four acre parcel of land on Old Cranston road.
Vice President of Administration Beth Patrick says the land could be very valuable on the market.
Patrick says the action to sell will need state approval and official appraisals before the properties can be officially on the market.
