On June 23, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra announced California would add Kentucky to a list of states to which state-sponsored travel has been banned. Kentucky joins Tennessee, North Carolina, Mississippi, Kansas, South Dakota, Alabama, and Texas as states felt were the of a travel ban because they have enacted laws which are felt to be discriminatory against gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender individuals and their families.
