The new Rowan County Detention Center is operational…and the project’s management team is working to make sure everything is working as it should.
Officials with Trace Creek Construction spoke to the Rowan County Fiscal Court today (Tuesday) about the four-year, $19-point-7 million dollar project.
David Milam is a senior project manager with the Trace Creek.
Milam says the construction superintendent is meeting weekly with the jailer to make sure all concerns are met.
